Supreme Court docket says wrongful dying lawsuit towards Dallas officers can go ahead

DALLAS - The high court will permit a wrongful death lawsuit to proceed in opposition to town of Dallas and four law enforcement officials.

The household of a person who died in police custody in 2016 sued.
