Drunk driver crashes, heads straight to dealership to attempt to promote broken automobile with missing tire

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Police say they arrested a driver who was 3.5 instances the authorized alcohol restrict after no less than 5 people referred to as 911.

Officers say the calls started coming in around 4:40 p.m. Monday.

They are saying witnesses reported seeing a SUV hit the median of the Lloyd Expressway close to the Primary Street exit. They say the crash brought about a flat tire and the automotive to smoke, however the driver stored going.

They say he eventually stopped at a automobile dealership and appeared “tremendous drunk.”

Workers advised police the driving force, 30-year-old Jordon Mattingly, was trying to sell his SUV.
