BARNSTEAD, N.H. -- A man was arrested Friday after multiple indicators saying "school shooter" had been present in Barnstead, Epsom, and Pittsfield, New Hampshire, the state's Division of Safety introduced. Guy Hanson, 61, of Pittsfield, faces multiple charges.

Hanson allegedly placed the indicators around the communities, the Division of Safety said, however they decided there is no credible risk right now.
The New Hampshire Division of Security is investigating signs that read 'faculty shooter!' which were present in multiple communities New Hampshire Division of SafetyOne such sign was written on a paper plate. The safety division released a photograph of the plate however blurred part of it "to protect the integrity of the investigation."
Hanson was arrested on a felony cost of criminal threatening and three misdemeanor costs together with false report to regulation enforcement, false public alarm and criminal threatening. He's being held in Merrimack County Jail pending a hearing scheduled for Tuesday.
No other suspects have been charged at this time.
