Spouse filled husband’s telephone with youngster porn in try and get custody of youngsters, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her children that centered around loading hundreds of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s phone after which having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her pal, are alleged to have worked collectively to frame Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her kids again,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett said in keeping with the Fort Price Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her turn the telephone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned within the system and mentioned she saw Hucks’ husband using it to view little one porn in their residence.
