Teen arrested after mom observed son had gun at Texas school drop-off

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD/Gray News) - Several businesses responded to a middle faculty in Texas Friday morning after an adolescent’s mom seen he was carrying a gun.
Police in Lubbock inform KCBD a mother was dropping off her 15-year-old son at O.L. Slaton Middle College around 9 a.m. when she observed the firearm. The teen by no means made it contained in the constructing, and he ran from the varsity.
The Lubbock Police Department responded to the world along with several different companies in an try to search out him.
The teenager was discovered close to the varsity’s campus and brought into custody.
Authorities said the 15-year-old could possibly be going through a felony weapons cost.
