LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD/Gray News) - A number of companies responded to a center school in Texas Friday morning after a young person’s mom seen he was carrying a gun.
Police in Lubbock inform KCBD a mom was dropping off her 15-year-old son at O.L. Slaton Middle School around 9 a.m. when she seen the firearm. The teenager never made it contained in the constructing, and he ran from the varsity.
The Lubbock Police Department responded to the realm together with several other businesses in an try to seek out him.
The teenager was found close to the varsity’s campus and brought into custody.
Authorities stated the 15-year-old could possibly be dealing with a felony weapons cost.
Police say there was no threat made to the college or anyone inside the school.
