Online diary: Buffalo gunman plotted assault for months

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — The white gunman accused of massacring 10 Black folks at a Buffalo supermarket wrote way back to November about staging a livestreamed attack on African People, practiced shooting from his automotive and traveled hours from his residence in March to scout out the shop, in line with detailed diary entries he appears to have posted on-line.
