Spouse filled husband’s telephone with little one porn in try and get custody of children, Oklahoma police say

Police allege an Oklahoma girl hatched a scheme to get custody of her youngsters that centered around loading lots of of photos of child pornography onto her husband’s phone and then having him arrested.

Lacey Hucks, 33, the spouse, and Angel Moore, 44, her friend, are alleged to have worked collectively to border Hucks’ husband, who was not named.

“If they could get him out of the image, then she thought she would get her children back,” Garvin County Sheriff Jim Mullett mentioned according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Police say that Hucks drove Moore to the Wynnewood Police Division on April 18 and had her flip the phone in and file a report. They say that Moore turned in the system and mentioned she noticed Hucks’ husband utilizing it to view baby porn in their house.

The police say that cellphone had lots of of images of “varied juvenile victims.”
