The Uvalde Police Division and the Uvalde Unbiased School District police power are now not cooperating with the Texas Division of Public Safety's investigation into the massacre at Robb Elementary College and the state's assessment of the regulation enforcement response, a number of regulation enforcement sources inform ABC Information.

The Uvalde police chief and a spokesperson for the Uvalde Independent Faculty District did not immediately reply to requests for comment from ABC Information.

In keeping with sources, the choice to stop cooperating occurred soon after the director of DPS, Col. Steven McCraw, held a news conference Friday during which he stated the delayed police entry into the classroom was "the fallacious decision" and opposite to protocol.
