DALLAS - A 15-year-old girl from North Richland Hills is now home after being kidnapped by a person at an April 8 Dallas Mavericks sport at American Airways Center. However the family still seeks solutions, and is charging the Mavs, the AAC and Dallas Police for not acting swiftly enough relating to the crime, which had the woman as part of a sex-trafficking operation.
“She was gone lacking a complete of 11 days,” lawyer Zeke Fortenberry stated. “Our intent is that way (the aforementioned organizations) are on discover that we’re pursuing claims against them for his or her negligence and other causes of motion.''
Fortenberry mentioned the teenager’s father informed police on the sport when he realized she was lacking. But, in line with the lawyer, the father was advised to report the allegations to his hometown North Richland Hills Police.
