The family of an 11-year-old lady who survived the bloodbath at Robb Elementary College in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday says the 4th grader played dead after the gunman entered her classroom.

Miah Cerrillo's aunt and godmother said the 4th grader is struggling to manage and telling them what she witnessed through the taking pictures.

"Round midnight my sister-in-law called me and he or she was simply crying, like 'I believe it just hit Miah. I feel every little thing came to reality now,'" stated Blanca Rivera.

Rivera said Miah's teacher, Irma Garcia, was one of the two lecturers killed. Her friends and classmates had been additionally focused.

Rivera said that's when Miah went into survival mode.
