"Whether she assisted him or not, we do not know, and we cannot address that until we have absolute proof that that is what happened. We're assuming at this level that she was taken towards her will, until we can completely prove otherwise," Singleton added.

Authorities said they are nonetheless looking and investigating any interplay between the corrections officer and Casey White, in addition to any phone calls he had acquired.
